Grandparent portraits are so valuable
Grandparent mini sessions are one of my most popular mini session series of the year. We value the relationship our children have with our parents because it is such a unique relationship. It is precious and I love that I have the ability to capture portraits for you that are frame worthy. These sessions produce images that you and your family will cherish for a lifetime. Sometimes the kiddos act up and grandma has to wrangle them, sometimes the baby starts crying, but it is real life and I am here for it.
It hits differently these days...
Grandparent sessions were always important to me but I didn't know that my own session would be life changing. My mom passed away in 2021. Luckily we documented her relationship with our children through images before she got really sick. Those images are some I look back on almost daily. When I miss her THOSE are the images I want to look at. She loved her grand babies with her whole heart. These sessions hit me differently now that Mom is gone. They are sweet reminders that she was a wonderful Gammy and that she is likely watching me raise my babies from heaven.
